Painted lord led his new mare proudly, dial high and auds perked. Energy and eagerness tore at his stilts, adding a frisky bounce to his stride. His first fae...he couldn't have been happier. Welcome to your new home, milady. He announced proudly.

She followed closely, happy to have another home. Thankyou. She said as she looked around. This is beautiful. She looked around happily once again, ok, so it didn't exactly LOOK beautifull, it really just looked like a blur, but it smelled and sounded beautifull. She turned her head to face him. She could see him a bit clearer now, the clouds weren't as thick here. She could now see that he was painted, not spotted. She could see his color patterns much more clearly and she smiled. It is indeed beautiful.

Dissolve smiled, briefly carressing her nape with velvet muzzle. I'm glad you like it. Now, what shall we do? He pondered for a moment, a mischevious glint in his optics. Slowly he made his way to a nearby lake. Happily he waded in until his shoulders were turning dark with liquid. Carefully, the lord lowered his muzzle into the lake, taking a few gulps before jerkily raising his dial, splashing his new fae.

She jerked her head up from surprise as the cool water hit her. She shook a bit, and trotted into the water...not quite as deep as him, stuck her head in, up to her eyes, and splashed in the direction of Dissolve. She laughed as she did. She hadn't done anything FUN in a long time. She tossed her head and prepaired for the splash she was pretty sure would follow.

Dissolve laughed, enjoying his new mare's company. He reared, landing hard in the water. Crystal pearls of liquid pelted the equi, adding more patterns to their drying backs. Take that! He mock taunted.

She smiled. Ha! You forget my name. She said simply. With that, she reared up in the water and sort of jumped forward, creating a relatively big wave that splashed down toward the stag. She then gave a simple flick of the tail...just a light splash, and laughed.

Skullary burst from the miniature tidal wave, forelock pasted crudely to his mask. Blinking up some tears, lyrics arose. W-what'd yo-ou do tha-at for? He pretended to cry. Then, spinning around, he bucked. A small rush of water rained on the fae, and Dissolve laughed.

She leaned back as the water hit her. She had known he was joking. She had raised 4 foals in her time, and knew all the tricks in the book. You won't fool me with such tricks. She laughed, and did a tight turn, splashing her head into the water as she did so. This caused a small wave, but it was still fun, and very little water hit the stag. She smiled though, and looked up, it was getting brighter out. She looked over at Dissolve. I think we are a bit wet...what do you think? She smiled at her little bit of sarcasm. She loved sarcasm, as he would soon come to find.

Stag laughed heartily. No, we aren't at all wet. He insisted playfully. Crown turned upwards, and Dissolve noticed the clouds were clearing. I'm quite hungry. What about you? He asked kindly. A soft breeze was blowing, and he was sure they would be cold, but he didn't mind. He prefered cold weather to hot. Of course, he prefered swimming to being cold, but he was tiring out and when his stomach told him it was time to stop, it was time to stop.

She walked out of the water, and shook off some loose water. I don't know, are you going to throw grass at me? she said playfully. If you are I don't think I'm hungery. She smiled, and flicked her wet tail towards him, but not close enough to hit him. She took a few steps toward a patch of lush grass. Of course she was hungery. She was a horse. And as far as she knew, horses were always hungery. She smiled at him as she lowered her head aways to graze. She flicked an ear towards him to listen for what he would do or say next.

No, nothing like that. He laughed. Stag followed close behind Cyclone. When she stopped in front of him, he skidded to avoid her and launched sideways, laughing to himself. He walked a few lengths away, and followed her lead. Muzzle lowered, ivories clamped on a clump of juicy foliage and began to chew. Sweet juices rolled down his throat and into his stomach, almos immediately filling it. So...what do you want to talk about? Judging from her scars, Dissolve figured she wouldn't want to talk about her past.

She raised her head to look at him. I don't care whatever. You can ask me anything... She paused, not sure that she wanted to answer ANY quetion. She thought for a second, yes. She would answer any question. Yep. Any question at all. She looked at him for a second, then lowered her head again. She took a bite of the grass, and rose her head again looking at him, watching him. Waiting for the question...any question...she had an idea what it would be. She didn't mind answering it, maybe it would help.
